If you change your mind about your purchase...

  • You may return new, unopened items -- no questions asked -- within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns and exchanges must include their original packaging and must not show signs of use.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and for ensuring that the product arrives in a returnable condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

If your product is defective...

  • All products sold on this website are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This does not include a possible manufacturer's warranty that may also extend the life of your warranty.

  • If any item you receive becomes defective within the period of its warranty you may return it to us for a free replacement.

If we make a mistake...

  • If we send you the wrong product or the product is damaged during shipping, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

  • The original product you received must be returned to us before we issue a replacement. You will be reimbursed for any return shipping charges, but you must contact us prior to shipping so we can agree upon a carrier.
